My journey with Ayurveda began in 2003, when my own sickness forced me to deeply consider the profound changes needed to truly heal. Since 2004, I’ve been dedicated to helping others through Ayurvedic consultations, offering them a path to balanced health. I’ve come to believe that the art of consultancy is not only about knowledge and strategy but about understanding how to guide clients toward inner transformation.
Throughout my years as an Ayurvedic doctor, I’ve witnessed countless successful individuals who sacrifice their health in the name of work. With over 50 international consulting projects spanning the U.S., Canada, and Europe, I find purpose & passion for offering Ayurvedic consultations that go beyond the surface, providing strategic plans to guide clients from where they are to a place of optimal health. It’s clear that lasting change requires a holistic shift in food habits, lifestyle, and mindset. This insight and results inspired me to create the Ayurvedic Consultancy Course Level 1, a program made for clients needing structure and for Ayurvedic professionals eager to deepen their practice.
The Two Types of Intelligence We Needed in Today’s Time
In today’s fast-paced world, two forms of intelligence are crucial for well-being:
- Body Intelligence – The ability to listen to our bodies and recognize early warning signs.
- Psychological Awareness – The skill to understand who we are and develop meaningful relationships.
Many of us are knowledgeable but lack body intelligence. Imagine if we could recognize our body’s early signs of imbalance—tremors, fatigue, or digestive issues—and address them with Ayurvedic practices before they evolve into serious health concerns. For example, a simple eye or hand tremor might signal increased Vata, which could be balanced by specific herbs, reduced multitasking, or better nutrition.
Most importantly, this course incorporates Ayurvedic Psychology to address underlying emotional stressors. I’ve observed that many people become unwell due to dissatisfaction, stress, and unresolved emotions. By helping clients better understand themselves, Ayurveda can improve not only their physical health but also their relationships at work and at home, opening doors to love, connection, and self-acceptance.
Bridging the Gap: Ayurveda Made Practical
One of the challenges with Ayurveda today is that it’s often seen as complex, slow, and difficult to understand. Many people try to heal by simply purchasing herbs or following generic advice without proper guidance. This approach rarely leads to lasting change.
That’s why I designed this course as a clear, structured communication model to demystify Ayurveda and make it accessible to everyone. My goal was to create a framework that allows practitioners to make a meaningful impact within a single consultation, inspiring clients to make profound, lasting changes in their lives. This structured approach helps clients understand the science of Ayurveda, recognize their dosha imbalances, and see the steps needed to restore harmony.
A Course for Everyone: From Professionals to Those Seeking Wellness
Most people are drawn to this course because they feel unwell and have tried various other methods – meditation, yoga, books – yet still struggle to cultivate body intelligence and transform their mindset. Change can feel daunting, and our egos often resist it. However, with education, the journey becomes one of empowerment and self-discovery. Over 10 weeks, participants develop body intelligence, learn the art of reading the doshas, explore nutrition, and dive into Ayurvedic psychology. This course is not just about learning; it’s about transformation.
The course has completed 19 editions online and is also conducted in Poland, where it has trained consultants who are now raising awareness in their communities. Ayurvedic therapists, doctors, nutritionists, coaches, and holistic practitioners have all benefited from this program, gaining the skills to bring Ayurvedic wisdom into their client work and improve their clients’ health and well-being.
