With over 21 years of experience and over 1000 of consultations and 36 international workshops, Dr Shivani Sood is the founder of Shivani Ayurveda and Cofounder of Shivani Clinic, Shivani Ayurveda Poland. Dr Shivani combines Ayurveda with holistic psychology and mindset techniques This helps one to understand Ayurveda in a clear strategic manner for resolving their challenge in Modern times today suited to the current topics. She has been practicing since 2003 with experience in 48 International projects in which she offered consultation and conducted Ayurvedic workshops on various topics. Her key achievements include being part of the Kauai Wellness Expo 2009 headed by Dr Deepak Chopra, Co-authoring the book Maternity with Ayurveda and conducting a workshop in Poland with 50 Ayurvedic practitioners attending it. She believes in work-life balance and in developing a life in which we feel relaxed, joyful and confident.
